Inspection Readiness

The state of being able to promptly produce evidence — validation records, audit trails, change history, CAPA records — that demonstrates control over a regulated system or process.

Being "validated" and being "inspection-ready" are related but distinct: an organization can have real validation evidence and still struggle to retrieve, organize, or explain it during an actual inspection.
